Tips to Work in A Team

On the one hand, I am sure these words are still better than the bosses who feel superior and did not take anything from anyone, including his children. But on the other hand, these words indicate a lack of understanding of the dynamics of the team (read: men) in the organization. One of the most important fundamental is forgotten is that no human being smarter than the collective intelligence. These fundamentals will always happen with some notes of course.

Well, one of the worst things that often arise in organizations today is giving the responsibility of managing a team for those who are not ready. Team is not just odd maid although it often has to work like that. Children are not the Only Fruit complementary receiving patients who must obey orders and obey the command without any choice. And this gong, has subordinate was not just the emblem so that the boss (seem) more powerful, more important and more powerful.

A team is a team. Have team is an honor to work, work and air-creations together. Being part of a team is to agree to share time, space and aspirations in the growth process of being yourself the best. Leading a team is not the same as making yourself bigger, more powerful and more powerful than others. So what can be done now if you have a team? Thankful, appreciation and invite them to work, work and creativity together.
