Plan Your Career

Graduated with maximum value and from reputable University is a provision in achieving career success in the workplace. It's just that despite the fact that many college graduates who come from reputable and has a value above the average still have not found a job or even settle for jobs that do not correspond with the field. If the value of qualified and renowned campus only trouble finding a job, what about the fate that has a mediocre GPA and not from renowned campus? Sure to be included in this category do not despair over have the right strategy and have a strong desire to succeed, there is still a chance.

Everyone has the same chance in the world of work, although that has a better academic history have an easier chance than the paced mediocre. Actually plan a career is something that will enable us to achieve success in the workplace. Through career planning we know what we have to prepare, the potential of what should we speak, and how we use the time to the fullest.

There are several steps that we can do in making a career plan based on the author's experience.

1. Determine what kind of career goals to be achieved. This is important because how we set up something else, if only we did not have any purpose. If possible when choosing career goals are aligned with the educational background of the latter because it will facilitate the next step.

2. Analyze yourself, in which case we must be honest with what we have. The ability we have, lacked what is in us, an opportunity like what can we develop, and what challenges we expected. As we know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges that we have will tell us what we need to develop and maintain.

3. Create a self-development plan, for example, attend trainings, read books, join communities relating to careers that we want to achieve, or things that can support the achievement of a career that we expect.

4. Looking for a job related to careers that we want to have, if you just graduated from college does not matter if you have a career from the ground. Better not to seek a high salary for the early stages, or standard salary would be enough, but if you are lucky to get more than it is good.

5. When he was hired, be consistent with the career goals that you have created. How can achieve a career, if you've backed off when challenged in a career.
