There is definitely a different feeling when you are out of college and entering the workforce. Luckily for those already familiar with the organization at the time still in education. Entering the world of work is the hope of many people. Something extraordinary and have pride when successfully received job after school.

As a new place, you have to quickly adapt to the working environment. In a work environment you will collide with a lot of things, could work itself, co-workers, your boss, or the people in your work environment.
They have different ways and styles, of course you need a quick adjustment. Adaptation should you do unfortunately can not just rely on your intelligence or high value. But more than that, because if you can not adapt, you certainly uncomfortable to undergo the process at your place of work.

There are several steps that you can do when you work in a new place:

1. Look around you and make sure you know who your boss, your coworkers, and what your job. What if you do not know, you still have to find out. This means you should have the initiative to ask at least to the person who recruited you.
2. Follow the rules of work that has been told to you, if you do not have to take the initiative to ask.
3. Observe existing work culture, because each company has a style and a different work culture, though different you try for the early stages you just follow and start learning, culture except the detriment of the company or contrary to the law, if you think that this mending again to continue.
4. Discuss with your supervisor, if there is a job that you do not understand.
5. Always coordinate with co-workers, especially if they relate to their work.
6. Consistent do the job according to your job description and always have an open mind to continue to learn and grow.
7. From all the above steps, do not forget to always start with a prayer whatever your religion so that all the things you do in the protection of God.
